Red Roof Inn Monroe

Loved the place.. The receptionists were very welcoming. Gina and Bijay were good.

The desk clerk was pleasant and answered my questions with no problem. My daughter and I had to change hotels and tried here. The clerk made us feel welcome and was very upfront with the cost. The room was right where she said, which happened to be near where I parked my car. The room is very nice and the AC was already running when we entered the room.

We left motel 6 to come here because motel 6 was absolutely disgusting. I was hoping this hotel would be a little better.. it was 100 times better. We had a very very clean space in the superior king room. It was spacious for me, my husband, little pup and 2 kids. It was very quiet and we kind of had a secluded room which I really liked! The bed are so comfortable. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Like I said very spacious, big enough to set up an extra toddler bed right next to the king bed. Everything smelled nice and was immaculate. Check in/out was super easy and convenient. We didn’t hear any noise from any other guests/animals/kids. Everyone pretty much sticks to themselves. For the price and location, this hotel is perfect. We stayed extended stay and I would stay here again. The staff is about the only thing that needs a bit of work. They tend to be a little impolite when speaking at the front desk. House keeping service was polite and very on top of things!

I read some bad reviews, so I was kind of hesitant… I’m glad I picked this hotel.I don’t know what the other people are reviewing, but my room was spectacular and very clean. Connie did an amazing job with the housekeeping. Front desk was very friendly with all the people that I have met up there. I highly recommend staying here. I really don’t know what the bad reviews were about. I uploaded photos to show that my room was super clean. Thank you, red roof inn for an amazing stay. I was in room 106

Awesome clean rooms . Super friendly . Cost was great . We had 3 rooms for weeks and not a single day did we not come in and It wasn't stocked and clean . Thank you

The hotel room was very clean, sheets freshly washed. Customer service was excellent. Helped me park my U-Haul truck. It’s also quiet and well kept exterior. Thank you.

I was extremely satisfied with the service at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond. They helped me book a room for a relative, and even though my relative didn’t speak the same language, they took the time to find someone who could translate and assist them properly. That meant a lot to me. I also had to call the hotel multiple times, and every single time they were kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help. Their attitude and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. I truly appreciate their effort, care, and dedication to customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and friendly staff.

Was a very great stay here and the management staff was very kind, very helpful and so professional. The housekeeping team was very kind and p very respectful to our privacy and needs. The rooms were very clean and setup very well for my family’s needs. I highly recommend to choose this Red Roof Inn in Monroe, La., to enjoy a very comfortable and very clean rooms!
